Benny's AC & Heating provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) installation, repair, and maintenance services in Metairie, Louisiana, and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and may require scheduling in advance.

Estimates and Pricing

• Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection and may change if additional work is required.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Warranties

Our workmanship is warranted for a period specified at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are separate and subject to the manufacturer's terms. Warranties do not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance
• Damage caused by power surges or electrical issues
• Normal wear and tear
• Modifications made by parties other than Benny's AC & Heating

Scheduling and Cancellations

• We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
• Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee.
• Emergency services may be available outside regular business hours at additional cost.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Benny's AC & Heating shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Property Access

By scheduling service, you grant our technicians permission to access your property and HVAC equipment as necessary to perform the requested services. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the work area and informing us of any hazards.

Intellectual Property
